Videography can be an amazing medium for preserving the value of an event, but it is also a challenging medium to execute properly. Do you want your videos to have a cinematic feel and pace, or do you prefer a more television broadcast feel and contrast?

There is no correct answer, it is purely a preference that depends on many variables. What matters is we can provide either genre for you, your videos can look like mini-movies or like nightly news segments. It is your choice and then we’ll make it happen.

Our standard videography packages all include a pre-event consultation to discuss what your vision is for the final videos. We will determine any special lighting needs, review any unique circumstances that will need to be addressed on the day of the shoot, and gain a clear understanding of what you want delivered in the end.

Typically, we will arrive an hour before the event starts to get set up and be ready to go the moment things begin to happen. Throughout the event we will follow the plan we establish together, but we are always watching for unexpected footage to add value to your package. After the event, we will cull the footage taken and provide complete post-production editing to ensure the finished videos are polished and powerful.

Video clips can be as short as a few seconds or as long as several minutes. You can expect to receive 36 to 48 finished clips for an 8-hour event, 18 to 24 for a 4-hour event, and 9 to 12 for a 2-hour event. All final video clips are delivered as hi-res MP4 files.

We can also provide optional services during the event and in post-production. Using a combination of specific event footage and post-production editing, we can create 10-to-15 second social media reels, 1-to-3-minute YouTube shorts, 3-to-10 minute short-form videos, and 10-to-30 minute long-form videos. All include background music, sound effects, and polished transitions (short and long form videos can even have voice over soundtracks) that are sure to capture attention.

Because every event is different and each client can have different goals, every shoot is different. Our rates are competitive, but we price our services depending on your needs. Once we establish the scope of your project and what the deliverables are, we will provide you with a detailed written quote, so we both know what is included and exactly what the cost will be, no surprises.
