A picture says a thousand words but which words? If you want your event images to say the right words, the ones that have impact and value, then you need the right pictures!

Professional images don’t come from a phone, they require the right gear in the right hands with the right understanding of what makes a powerful photo, not a snapshot.

Our standard photography packages all include a pre-event consultation to discuss what your vision is for the final images. We’ll determine any special lighting needs, review any unique circumstances that will need to be addressed on the day of the shoot, and gain a clear understanding of what you want delivered.

Typically, we will arrive an hour before the event starts to get set up and be ready to go the moment things begin to happen. Throughout the event we’ll follow the plan we establish together, but we’re always watching for unexpected shots to add value to your image package. After the event, we’ll cull the images taken and provide complete post-production editing to ensure the finished photos are polished and powerful.

On average, you can expect to receive 360 to 480 finished photos for an 8-hour event, 180 to 240 for a 4-hour event, and 90 to 120 for a 2-hour event. All final images are delivered as hi-res JPEG suitable for commercial printing, and more than desirable for social media, online promotion, or website content.

If you have additional ideas or needs, we can provide optional services during the event and in post-production editing. During the event, we can do a time lapse series of shots from a fixed camera and weave them into an amazing video; we can shoot posed casual or formal shots of select people, or every attendee; and we can do headshots of key people so you can save money since we already have our gear on location. In post-production, we can create slideshows from select images; we can make social media reels including background music, sound effects, and polished transitions that are sure to capture the attention of your followers and fans.

Because every event is different and each client can have different goals, every shoot is different. Our rates are competitive, but we price our services depending on your needs. Once we establish the scope of your project and what the deliverables are, we will provide you with a detailed written quote, so we both know what is included and exactly what the cost will be, no surprises.
